TCADP annual meeting

Dear Friends,

TCADP will hold our annual meeting on Tuesday, May 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the Westminster Room of First Presbyterian Church.

We will have a little time for refreshments and socializing followed by a report on what has taken place during this year. We’ll hold elections and then view a 30 minute film on the death penalty from the ACLU Freedom Files called “Freedom to Live.”

TCADP by-laws require that the membership is notified of nominations at least 2 weeks in advance of the election.
Our nominating committee this year was chaired by Kent Miller who was assisted by Walter Moore and Nancy Smith Fichter.
They offer the following nominees for your consideration:

Chair – Sheila Meehan (no vote needed – last year Sheila was elected for a 2 year term)
Chair Elect — Louise Ritchie
Secretary — Mary Anne Hoffman
Treasurer — Terry Farley Walsh

We look forward to seeing everyone on the 20th. I will send a reminder a week before the meeting with more information about the film, “Freedom to Live.”
