First, dreadful news.  Governor Bush has signed another death warrant.  Angel Diaz is scheduled for execution Wednesay evening, December 13.  I will send more information about the case later.

they found numerous flaws in the way the death penalty is administered in Florida.

Our state should have responded to the ABA Assessment by suspending all executions until its findings are addressed. Instead…
